The goal of vipassana practice is for a person to understand the nature of himself ~ so that he/she could see clear the path he/she must take and what he/she must do without doubt. This understanding leads him to greater wisdom that awaits for living life to the fullest potential.
Wisdom doesn’t come within the knowledge of basic cognitive function (logical determination). Wisdom arise within the insight knowledge that mostly of the time arise together with contemplation and self-understanding. Often, meditator receive a lot of new information. However, when information comes meditator must be attentive and not lose the focus, as if he lose the focus, this information might be not the truth or just imagination.
Meditator must established habit of meditation practice before he can understand the nature of the truth wisdom. Within this practice meditator will be able to see the root of his behaviors which leads to many patterns in the core memories. When a meditator may be able to see the pattern, he/she has attain deep level of his practice.
One of the greatest reason of practicing meditation is to make a psychological portrait of ourselves. Within meditation practice we may be able to see every desire, reaction, emotions, feelings which we must practice to observe at all time without creating any reaction.
The more precise the object of meditation, the deeper we can see the reality. Within this practice we might finally find freedom, by understanding the breakthrough of the concept of “I” or “Self”. When a meditator may accept this understanding, he will obtain deeper level of his practice for him to see his personal karma and identify the wrong view.
