What is Castor oil?
Castor oil is vegetable pressed oil from castor beans of Ricinus tree (castor tree). Castor oil rich of fatty acids and 90% contains of ricinoleid acis (most known as ricin) which contains of toxic enzyme. It also contains of omega 6 essential fatty acid, vitamin E and other nutrients. Castor oil also contains humectant, a substance which promotes the retention of moisture.
How to use Castor oil?
Castor oil for relaxing muscle: Castor is the best known medicinal uses as a natural laxative. It is classified as stimulant laxative that helps increase circulation in the muscles. Put 3 – 5 drops of castor oil on your hand and apply with gentle massage on tired muscle to help reduce tension and stimulate circulation.
